When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Ensure you have legal ownership or authorization to dispose of submitted items
• Remove or identify any hazardous materials before pickup/drop-off
• Back up any data you wish to retain before submitting devices for recycling
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use our website and services in a lawful and respectful manner

Service availability and pricing are subject to the following terms:

• Services are available primarily in the Lansing, Michigan area and surrounding regions
• Pickup services are subject to scheduling availability and minimum quantity requirements
• Pricing may vary based on item type, quantity, condition, and location
• We reserve the right to refuse service for items that pose safety risks or are outside our capabilities
• Quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

Our data destruction services include:

• DOD-compliant data wiping procedures
• Physical destruction of storage devices when requested
• Certificates of destruction for business clients
• Secure handling of all devices throughout the process

LTSR's liability is limited as follows:

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss if proper data destruction services were not requested
• Equipment pickup and handling are performed with reasonable care, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage
• Our liability does not extend to items accepted in "as-is" condition

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of LTSR and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our proprietary systems
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization

LTSR is committed to environmental responsibility:

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• Services may be cancelled with reasonable notice (typically 24-48 hours for pickups)
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for safety or legal reasons
• Completed services cannot be reversed, but we will address any legitimate concerns
• Payment for completed services remains due even if ongoing services are terminated

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do:

• We will post the updated terms on our website
• We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. In the event of disputes:

• We encourage resolution through direct communication first
• Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ingham County, Michigan
• Michigan state law governs these terms and any disputes arising from them
• Both parties waive the right to jury trial for contract disputes
